*High* quality and comfort for a low price
This chair is epic. Seriously, it’s amazing and surprisingly superior quality. This is NOT a cheap Chinese piece of garbage; after putting putting it together and using it, I realize I would have paid $300 for this chair. I had a low budget but wanted something for my office that I could relax and unwind in. Not only is it a perfect size with plenty of room to spare (I’m 5’10, 150 lbs and my younger brother is 6’1, 180lbs and we both fit like a glove), the massage function works GREAT on the red chair. Plenty of settings and it doesn’t feel cheap. Assembly took five minutes by myself and didn’t even need a screwdriver; everything clicks into place. If you’re even thinking about trying a gaming recliner, get the red chair with massage and never look back. FAST shipping too! Don’t believe the estimates; I got it in three days.

Great chair so far and comfortable *Even better if you could add wheels*
I love the feel of this chair. Its comfortable and sturdy and easy to assemble. You do not need instructions for this folks its like 4 pieces minus the feet on the bottom. Highly recommended. Thoughts: The cord for power is faaar to short for practical use. Either extend it and add more features *USB hub, Lights, Speakers, something other than taking up an outlet for just massage features* This. Thing. Needs. Wheels. And i added some, I know this voids my warranty if it has it but look, this thing needs wheels to be a practical use case in any carpeted area. I have burber carpets *The carpets that literally are flat and have no exposed fiber* and this thing does not want to slide under or out of my desk. Even the office chair mat did not help. So I did what any problem solver did and went for wheels, but you cannot buy casters for this thing that fit the thread size and they do not have office chair style holders for them they are indeed threaded. So I attached 3" casters to the bottom of the chair with new mounts and now the problem is solved. Even gave me an extra inch in height that made this thing a bit more comfortable. Please consider this for the next design, its not that much more expensive and you can charge 10 dollars more to cover the exchange. Overall this thing is a great buy, highly suggested and I will update any changes for the next 12 months. 6/21/2020

Great so far!
Overall, I'm a fan so far! There was only one frustrating thing about the assembly, and that was the side pieces to the back of the chair. It was a pain to get those aligned just right. But that said, the entire assembly still only took a few minutes, and voila, it was all done. It's a minor complaint in the end. I've only had it a month, but I've been in it every single day for 10 hours a day since. It's super comfy and plenty roomy enough for me to settle in and even sit cross-legged for a while. I'm 5'3" and about 155 lbs. I use it for an office chair. I do have to grab a pillow to put behind my back, but that's only because I need to get myself closer to my PC monitors. If I was actually going to do gaming in it, I could sit back and enjoy it as is. I don't use the massage function often, but it is kind of nice settle back in it and turn it on for a few minutes now and then. For the price range, I have absolutely found this to be a worthwhile purchase so far. I sure couldn't get a comfortable, quality "office chair" for this price. I fully expect to get my money's worth from what I've experienced to this point.

You get what you paid for
Recently moved, and the family needed seating and is tired of using stuffed cardboard boxes and such as makeshift seating. I expected a new recliner, especially since I bought it new, and seeing the scruff areas on the front legs was a disappointment, but you get what you pay for. Fortunately, it's not noticeable once the recliner is upright. It did not come with any instructions, even after sorting through the packaging, so I had to email customer support just in case and complain about the scuff areas. However, I figured I could manage, and it was actually really easy to assemble. You do not need any tools, and it is like a puzzle that you have to connect the parts together. Customer service was decent as I got a response the next day with the instructions, and of course, it was just to assemble the pieces together, but they completely ignored the damaged areas. I tried the chair, and it was very soft and comfortable, but depending on the usage, you might have to be wary about the cushion flattening in the future. The massage was noticeable, but not very strong or much of an impact. I worked at a spa/nail salon, and these things do not even come close to the quality of the massage chairs we have there, and they cost at a minimum a thousand some dollars. So, for a fraction of the price of one that may last a few years, it is still not a great option, even if you are on a very strict budget - just get a massage gun or something. I do like the side pocket, which I used to tuck away the remote and plug when not in use, and it would be a great storage for a novel we are reading. Also, it is small; the tallest in the family is 6 feet, and their calves and feet would be dangling from the chair. The heaviest in the family is about 170 lbs, and so far, there has not been any issue with stability. It did take some getting used to manually reclining the chair back. Edit: My family and I have been using this chair for almost 4 years. The massaging feature was barely used, maybe once in a while, and definitely no more than 10 minutes max, but it gave up before we hit the third-year mark. We were initially worried about how the cushioning would last, but it has held up. There is a slight indent on the chair from multiple uses, like sleeping on it or when some of us used it as a shelf for other things, like the monitor. One of our kids is leaving for college soon, and they plan to take this with them.

Easy to assemble. Massage works great, only thing I'm not happy with is the feet are plastic and likely to break easily.
