Tree arrived in excellent condition. Secure packaging. My tree is 40" tall (not counting rootball). Forked leader, plus 4 branches 5 to 10" long, All with fat healthy buds, ready to pop as soon as it's over the travel shock. I actually called and spoke with Mr Burchell this morning to compliment him and his staff.
