If you take zinc supplements or use zinc based skin products which deplete your copper, leading to hair loss, then this supplement seems to get new hair growing again. Helps with gray hair
I was told taking 2mg of copper everyday will keep your hair from turning gray (it won't reverse gray hair though). I've been using it for close to three years. I'm almost 52 and I am staving off gray hair so far. Not sure if it's the copper or my genetics I have to thank but just in case it's the copper, I'm going to keep taking it!

The product has a rancid oil smell and taste.
My doctor asked me to take the copper to correct a deficiency. The value of the product is great and the seller got the item out to me quickly. Other than the smell and taste, I have not had any side effects. I will know more when I go back to the doctor.

Serves it's Purpose.
Pills are hard for me to swallow but more my issue than the pills. Is in capsule form. Meet all the physicains recommendations. Have a bad taste while most of my pills have no taste. There were less expensive products available but the delivery would have taken longer. These were delivered earlier than expected.

Rancid
I purchased this product in the past and returned it because it was rancid (meaning the oils in the product are old and smell terrible, and it is unhealthy to consume rancid oils). I rebought the same brand, giving them a chance to check the quality of their product but it remains the same...rancid again. Buyer beware, choose your brands carefully. This product does not allow for returns.
