Limits on functionality compared to previous versions
The problem I have with this version of Sage Accounting Premium 2019 is that functionality in a previous iteration, Simply Accounting Premium by Sage, has been moved to the Quantum version. My old software has the multiple location functionality and also the multiple Units of Measure functionality. I asked if this software did handle locations and I was told yes, but the location field on the item is only a description and cannot be used to transfer items to different locations for selling etc.

Sage support took 2 days to get to the right people, to correct there mistake
I decide to buy from amazon because Sage was impossible to deal with. The only thing that i did not realize is when I did not renew with Sage they were able to Shut the program do on my server. I had upgraded my new program on my server 10 days before my last program expired. Look at the material you get from Amazon, even though it says unlimited support, Sage will not talk to you, and you will have no way to get tech support for help. When you try to buy a support plan from Sage, they will put you back to your original account rep, and the quoted price for support is more than a complete program renewal. I do not ever plan to make another purchase thru Sage. The support rep plan is a disgusting joke.

This product is great. I used Peachtree for 15 years and I didnt wamt to change. This product is almost exactly the same.
