Cheap but effective
This has helped drastically with the pain. It is adjustable so fitting it is easy with one hand. It is well made and looks ok.

Good value but may not suit all problems.
Good quality and flexible fit makes this a good buy, especially compared to other retail options. On my own elbow problem (tennis elbow diagnosed, caused by too much use of a screwdriver when assembling a bunk bed,) I found it difficult to put enough pressure on the right spot to significantly ease the discomfort. It did provide support which must be good and focuses the pressure on a key area. 4 stars not 5 for that reason, as I found a tight rolled elastic bandage helped me more and was easier to fit on and remove.

Uncomfortable
Quite uncomfortable to wear, it starts to run after a while and made my arm sore, so sorry not for me

It works for me
This works and its cheap. I had tennis/golfers elbow for over a year and had relied on tubigrip and brufen which got me nowhere. A friend said to try this and it really did work, eased the pain instantly and has now fixed the problem with regular use. Its really simple to use, put the pad where it hurts and adjust the straps, doesn't need to be too tight and that's it.

Tennis elbow
At first the pain relief was perfect till the product became too loose. Product kept streching till I couldn't tighten it enough to fit. Velcro gets in the way to be able to tighten strap enough for my size. My arms are female but muscly ones so I was rather surprised about the limited size. Also, I didnt find the gel patch giving sufficient pressure for pain relief in the end. I bought another female version with harder patch to provide enough pressure for pain relief that I still use.

Tennis Elbow relief
Certainly gave some pain relief. Neat and effective. Adjustable pressure according to how tight the velcro is stretched. It needs to be taken odd periodically as it can become somewhat uncomfortable after prolonged wear.
