One can only hope....
I so wish I could have given this more stars. I love the concept since I'm gluten free, but I found this hard to use with my arthritic hands (which is my problem, not the device's). It's a great concept, but probably one of those kitchen gadgets that will not get used much (like my mandolin that threatens my fingertips or the serrated potato slicer for french fries that isn't quite big enough for the potatoes.....you get the idea).I can see using it once in a while to run a carrot through for a pretty salad. I did try zucchini noodles tonight and didn't hate them. I was not thrilled with the process and will be looking for a different way to cook the zucchini since it came out watery (also my issue, nothing to do with the appliance). I prefer spaghetti squash, but it's not readily available in my area now in organic form. so I was hoping this would be a stop gap.So, if you're dying for a different way to shred cylindrical veggies (not a broad choice), this it OK to add to your kitchen gadgets. If you have arthritis pain in your hands......don't recommend unless your significant other is willing to do the deed.

Wonderful, but hard to clean
Do you like my photo? I used the Spaghettable on two zucchini squash, sauteed in a bit of olive oil, and added spaghetti sauce! It's a marvellous dish.Using the Spaghettable is exactly like sharpening a pencil with one of those little manual jobbies you put in your pencil case as a kid. This is an economical and basic vegetable spiralizer you'll want for your collection. It IS, however, difficult to clean well. There is a little mini-brush included to help with this process, but it's hard to do a good job even with this.

sweet potatoes. I gave this 4 stars instead of ...
This is a neat product, but zucchini seeds get stuck at the bottom and it needs to be rinsed out during use. Be cautious of the gripper top, the prongs that hold the vegetable in place are sharp. A fork, instead of the gripper top, is needed to hold vegetable in place when getting towards the end.I've only tried this with zucchini, but am looking forward to trying it with carrots, eggplant, sweet potatoes. I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because of having to stop and rinse the unit during prepping.

Stop Badgering Me For A Review
Great product for making carb free noodles. A nice addition to the tool drawer for someone who is doing Paleo or a wheat free diet. The only down side is that Premium1 (the company that sells this item) pesters you for a review. The first time they asked for a review was before the product even arrived and the second time was within a week after its arrival. I do not believe you can get any more annoying than that, but if you could, Premium 1 has my vote.I understand that they care about me and want me to be completely satisfied, but badgering me about my review is a real turn off.Premium 1, sometimes people buy things and don't leave reviews. It happens. Its crazy, right?

It's a nice idea
I've only used it successfully for zucchini so far and it works ok. I tried yellow squash and it and it practically turned to mush, so that's clearly too soft for it. I don't like the hard-to-see sharp end in the lid-like piece used to hold the vegetable while twisting. It stabbed my finger pretty good when I took it out of the box and it doesn't hold the zucchini very well. It didn't hold the squash at all, it mutilated it as I twisted, but again squash is too soft. I'm curious to try it with different vegetables, but I don't think it's really worth having.

Like it. I wish I could give 3
Like it. I wish I could give 3.5 stars. Makes great zucchini side dish that my kids love. The only issue is the sharp parts on the unit. I cut my finger using for the first time. You cannot let vegetable get to small, and the end piece is worthless.

Great tool to make a healthier alternative
Have used this a couple of times since purchasing it. It works very well. I'm able to 'spiralize' a whole zuchinni into 'noodles' in a minute or two, and enough to feed a family of four in less time than it takes for a pot of water to come to a boil. The resulting pasta is tasty, and far lower in carbs and calories than traditional noodles. Its a surprisingly filling meal. We cant wait to try it out with some other vegetables to make our salads and veggies more interesting.

Not bad, quite handy for gluten free diets.
Doesn't have a lot of recipes, the assembly instructions are just pictures. Very easy to use. The curls are extremely long so you will have to cut them to you desired length. I cut them as them are being "made", it's easier then doing it afterwards. The "noodles" are the perfect width.
