Handy to Use, Easy to Set Up, Screen is Small
I bought this to help line up my trailer ball with the trailer... I also have put it on the back of the trailer when backing into a constricted space. After charging the camera, I put it at the back of a 12' trailer, and followed the instructions to link it to the monitor, which it did without any hesitation. As mentioned in other reviews, the plug that seals the charging port on the back of the camera is too large to fit in, so the camera isn't weather proof. The monitor has an adjustable metal conduit that plugs into a cigarette lighter or 12 V power receptacle. The conduit is stiff and stays where you put it without a lot of springback. The monitor is fairly small--it would really help to make it a 4.5" or 5". Resolution isn't very high, but it worked okay for me the 3 or 4 times I've used it so far, including a couple times at night.I only have 2 complaints about this:1. The aforementioned plug for the camera charging port is too large and won't stay in the port.2. The screen is a little small and could use a little higher resolution. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase after having it for over a month. I'll update my rating as I use the camera, and can give more definite feedback about durability, etc.It takes a little experimentation to get the camera angle right. And, though the magnet is strong, it obviously won't cling to aluminum, plastic or wooden surfaces.

Got this for my husband before we left for our camping trip. It was just what he needed. Directions are a little vague especially with how to recharge the battery.

Big disapointment.
The camera viewing screen is tiny and for an older person requires glasses. If the screen were larger it would have been better. The next issue is that it shuts off after 5 minutes. So you can not use it for a side viewing camera for continues driving. In traffic it is pretty much worthless. It advertises a 6 hour run time but cuts off after 5 minutes and one camera would come back on if you hit the button the other would not come back on and link back with the camera mounted outside.I think if all you wanted was a limited amount of time to back a trailer up to a hitch it might be for you but if your intent was like mine to drive on a trip and continue to view traffic beside you then it is straight out.I called and spoke with the company that's ells this and asked these questions before hand and they assured me this camera would do the job so I bought 2 of them. That's the big disappointment they DO NOT do as advertised when you call the Rep that sells them.

Worth it..
Love the magnetic camera. This allows me to move out from vehicle to vehicle with ease. The quality of the picture is nice and makes connecting a trailer to the RV simple if doing it alone.

It was okay
Screen is not that great. It's okay. I'd go with the cell phone version to get better quality.

jittery picture. Item is being exchanged
I'm in the process of exchanging the unit. The picture is very jittery when moving. I called RVS and they did say some units experience this and a replacement should correct the issue. Also, the orange plug that covers the power port on the camera is too big and pops out. When I let RVS know they said they knew about the plug not fitting and there is nothing they can do about the plug. Water will flow into the camera's power port while in use when it is raining.
