Not reflective
The ones I received are not reflective at all, just a gloss finish. They are just colored red and white with a diamond pattern in them. I can't comment on the adhesive as I won't be using these as they do not meet DOT requirements.

Not So Bright a Purchase
The reflective value of these is minimal to non existent. They look great in sunlight, at night with direct or indirect light, not so much. I already opened and installed some of these. Buy other ones.

Not reflective at all
These are not reflective at all. If you are using them just for looks then fine, but if you’re using them for safety or DOT purposes I’d look elsewhere
