Overall, works better that other B12 patches I've tried
I have NCS, a neurocardio disease that causes random drops in blood pressure and is exacerbated by B12 deficiency. Since I don't metabolize B12 normally, the skin patches were recommended. I've tried three different brands of patches, and these seem to be the best for me. Of the "little brown circle" style patches, these have (unlike the others) consistently adhered to the skin without either falling/rubbing off or leaving a rash when taken off. The delivery of B12 can vary from patch to patch, but not nearly as wildly as other brands. The "white square" style patches seem to be more consistent in the dose of B12 delivered, but leave a rash on the application site. This brand is a very good balance between others available

How about that! They work!
My (adult) son told me about these. I thought, "Yeah, right." But I decided I'd give them a try.I've been very surprised! On the days I use these, I have a lot more energy.I usually clean the area behind my ear with rubbing alcohol and a cotton round first. That makes it stick better and stay in place all day. I gave five stars for "Flavor" because I didn't want to lower the rating... although there is no Flavor involved with this product. You just stick it behind your ear.

B-12 patches
I love the steady bit of energy I'm getting from these patches. All you have to do is place a patch behind the ear or neck. Let the patch do the work.

Good buy for sure
Love this patch I’ve bought it twice now. Gives a nice flow of energy but is t overwhelming. Easy to apply. I really recommend this. I don’t need my afternoon coffee fix with this.
