Sports High Waist with Underpants Tennis School Cheerleader Pleated Skirt

The shorts underneath are stretchy and are a nice detail since the skirt is quite short. I'm a fan of short skirts though, so I knew what I was getting into. I ordered a medium and I am about 130lb and 5'7". The light brown color is perhaps slightly darker than in the photo, but not nearly enough to be noticeable. The only thing I will say is that shipping takes a little while, so don't order this last minute.

I am very pleased with this purchase. I’m 4’11” and around 95 lbs, and the xs fit perfectly around my waist. The material is very nice and the skirt feels high quality for the most part. My only two gripes are that the zippy is a little finicky, and also the length is super short, especially in the back!! Even for such a short person like me. Tall people beware

First off, the skirt's quality surprised me! The skirt material is not flimsy and has a nice soft crispness to it which I want in a pleated skirt. The knit shorts underneath are much comfier and breathable than the non-stretch satin shorts another seller had in their skirt. The length for me at 5'3" is perfect, not too short, but short enough to cover my bum and give me the illusion of long legs.The sizing quality control is just not there. For a 27" waist and 38.5" hips, I ordered a Medium and a Large based on other reviews. The Large ended up having a 30.8" waist which was too large and the medium has a 26.5" waist which was too small. These were listed as 29" and 27.6" respectively. I decided to order another medium to see If maybe it was mistagged as a small, but the next medium came with a 27" waist which was still too small for me. I plan to keep the Large and do an alteration on the waist to make it smaller. Plan to buy at least 2 sizes to see which fits best because the sizing is very inconsistent and will frustrate you.

I ordered and returned it twice because I thought they had given me the wrong color the first time. The light gray and pink one turned out to be a dark gray and brown color.The style is cute.... But HOLY CRAP IT'S SHORT.It comes with safety shorts built in, but still... I don't feel comfortable going out in that. I'm tall, perhaps it's better for shorter people.The material doesn't feel very nice either, very thin. I suppose you pay for what you get in this price.As long as you know what you are getting, feel free.

I'd been seeing this skirt everywhere online and I just had to get my own!! I bought the pink check one in a size M, since I'm a size M in jp size. The waist is a bit big but the hip fits perfectly. The inside of the skirt and the shorts attached look a little cheap, but it's not an issue at all. It's very comfortable and cute. It arrived about 2 weeks before the estimated delivery date. Great for the price!

The quality of the fabric of the black skirt with 2 white stripes at the bottom is impressive. I expected something cheaper, but I was pleasantly surprised. I followed the measurement guide for the skirt, but I still couldn't get it above my hips. There's no stretch in this fabric (which goes to show you it's a higher quality material, with a bit of weight to help on windy days) so there was no hope for me to even try it on. If I could have gotten the skirt on, I would have proven it's way too short. Holding it up my waist had it barely covering my crotch. There's no way this skirt would have covered my butt in the slightest and I think I have a fairly average size rear. Even though I planned on wearing this skirt with panty hose, there's no way I would have been able to leave the house feeling remotely comfortable.

I have purchased many brands of pleated schoolgirl style skirts but this was my first from this seller. It took six weeks to receive the two skirts and it was well worth the wait! Both the teal blue and the purple color schemes are absolutely amazing and unique. The sizing is exact, the waist does not stretch and the material is stiff enough to keep the shape of the pleats but still hang the way I prefer the skirt to look. I did have to iron the pleats when the skirts first arrived and as I always do with these skirts, I carefully removed the sewn in shorts. I prefer no shorts sewn in but this style has so much more variety of colors and patterns, I can't resist. I am 5'11" so the length is short which I prefer but if you are more reserved you can leave the shorts in of course. Once the shorts are removed, these skirts fit just like my other name brand pleated skirts. The teal skirt has the gold strips mentioned in other reviews but I actually like them. The material of the teal skirt is a little stiffer than the purple skirt maybe due to these strips so the pleats are a little sharper on this style skirt.If you love pleated schoolgirl skirts the way I do, I highly recommend you order this one and then be patient...it will definitely be worth the wait!I purchased the pink skirt with the silver strips embedded in the material and like the teal skirt, the material is a little stiffer than the skirts without the silver strips. I like the way the pleats retain shape better with these skirts. I will most likely order the purple and the red when they restock my size.

Well made but a little smallish. My 17 year old is 110 lbs and petite but it ran a little snug with a size small. A medium size would have been a little better. Mom approved because even though it is a wee shorter, it has built in shorts to keep her fanny covered. Yes, I"m that mom.
