Stick with suction cup holders.
Used it for a couple of weeks and one day, as I was twisting it onto my steering wheel to watch a show while enjoying my lunch, I heard a crack in the handle. Something broke right at the top where the twisty handle ends and the apparatus that holds the phone attaches. No matter how I twisted I after that, the phone would just flop upside down. Very sad. I have tried several others of this sort and they all seem to have a twist-tipping-point. Like how many licks does it take...how many twists does it take? I think maybe 20 twists before it met its demise. Disappointing. I’m sticking to suction cup phone holders from now on.

Need to return it’s missing a key part!
Purchased this item since the car cell phone holder I recently had broke. I liked the features of this and thought it would be very versatile. It arrived missing the the phone holder part. If the vendor can make good on the replacement part, I may change my review. I purchased at a special rate and won’t pay the additional price for this. Otherwise I will return it. What ever happened to quality control?

Exactly what I expected
The phone holder part is a little tight but that's to keep your phone in place. It's easy to get the phone out. I don't have to worry about the phone slipping out of this or anything of that nature.
