This is a beautiful looking blade, my son loved it's look and feel! Only gave 3 stars because It will be his first knife build and It would have been helpful to have some instructions or recommendations included for how to treat each component when putting it together.

I ordered 2 of these. The horn handle scales are unusable. One of the blades was fine. The edge geometry on the other looked like a 4 year old without thumbs did the grinding. Once repaired, the blades hold an excellent edge.

Easy to assemble. Handle material was easy to work with.
