Wow this stuff is just amazing! I honestly thought there was no saving my face, it was red and coming out in blotches under the eyes all the time and i thought I would give this ago and wow! My cheeks are white again 😲 there is no redness in my face anymore and it feels so smooth, I wish I could post the picture of my results but I'm not sure how. Dont think about buying it just do it!!!! It did sting at first but my face was dry now it's fine when I apply 👍

Not sure what “sheerness “ actually means with regards to toner; but I would say this is a very nice product; smells good, goes on smoothly and feels very fresh. No sensitivity issues even around the eyes. I would definitely buy this again.

I resorted to this product when I had a severe sunburn on my face. My skin was patchy and dry. This product is gentle and leaves your face feeling fresh and hydrated after the wash, it was a remedy to my sunburn.

The product I received looked like the product I was expecting (a gel-like cleanser) but the description on front of bottle was not same as that on the ad I clicked on to purchase. So who knows if I’m using it right thing!!? Furthermore, the barcode sticker on back of bottle also doesn’t match front of bottle. See pics. Won’t buy from Onsen again. Clearly poor quality control.

The best face wash i have ever tried, at the coming of age (70) pours get quite open looking, this face wash has taken care of this, leaves skin glowing, highly recomend this product. Best of all is that you really don't need to use alot at a time, a small amount goes a long way, therefore well worth the price I've paid

Definitely not the same product I’ve used before, the texture is different and the smell, also left my skin red and sensitive after. The packaging also wasn’t new at all. Orders the exfoliating peel and have the same complaint. Seem to have reacted to the products which I’ve used before and not reacted to.

Non mi aspettavo nulla di eclatante visto il prezzo non proibitivo. Invece pulisce in profondità senza lasciare la pelle secca. Gradevole il profumo.

Fantastic toner, leaves my skin clean, smooth and NOT thirsty for more moisture. Recently I started using a basic witch hazel toner and for the money, it was ok. I was reordering my Neutrogena Cleansing Gel when I decided to switch and try something else. My ingredient requirements were that it had to have glycerin and hyuralonic acid and not contain anything that I know is disruptive to my skin. I am a little leery of the retinyl and one other ingredient but we shall see what happens. I would describe my skin as mature and sensitive, combination oily/normal, has acne, scars and large pores, is hormonal crazy and has cystic acne flare ups sometimes and I have a really bad habit of picking my face when there are bumps. I don’t know what I expected from this toner but with my first use, it has had a very good effect on my skin. I washed my face and then showered. During the shower, I washed my hair, so after getting out of the shower, I washed my face again. Then I used the toner and was surprised at the amount of dirt and dead skin on the cotton pad. So, for me right there the “Clean” part of the name is true for me. I have used this toner a few more times and the amount of dirt on the cotton pad is far less but the first use results surprised me. After four uses, my skin feels very supple and does not look dull. The fragrance is very subtle. As you wipe around your nose and cheeks area, you will notice a subtle scent that smells like you are at a spa. The bottle says fragrance free but I do like how it smells. The container has a pump to dispense and I like that a lot. That will cut down on wasting the product, especially when using very thirsty facial cotton pads. In just a couple of uses you can figure out the number of pumps you need. I don’t wear makeup, so I can’t speak to this product cleaning residual makeup but from my initial experience I would expect this to leave you with a very clean face. My results have been clean skin and the feel is as if I have used a very light moisturizer. With winter arriving early, my routine is to wash my face at night, toner, moisturizer and lastly Barberry Fig oil. I use a 10% glycolic serum twice a week a night. For the morning, no cleanser, I’ll let my toner do the cleansing and then layer on my moisturizers and oil. An easy routine to get me thru the cold months and this toner fits in perfectly.
