Happy so far
I bought this mainly because of good reviews and the company being Sheffield based. I was subsequently disappointed to find it was made in China - not mentioned on Amazon. The company, when asked, assured me they had worked with a relatively small Chinese company for years because of the quality of their products. I prefer to buy UK where possible, but as I'd already purchased I kept the roasting pan. It's heavy, robust, and very shiny. Roast potatoes are done to absolute perfection, and don't stick to the pan surface like most other pans I've had. Yes, it's expensive, in my opinion, but that probably reflects the quality of the pan. Very happy with it so far. Would recommend. Update some months on: Very happy with the quality of this pan. Potatoes roast beautifully and brown on the bottom as well as top and don't stick to the pan. Meat roasts beautifully. Planning to buy one for my daughter.

Outstanding
After trawling the internet for months looking for a good sturdy roasting pan, I finally settled on this Proware pan, and if I'm honest this was the budget option as I had considered paying a small fortune for a Mauviel, costing five or six times more. I also looked at Le Creuset which was more than twice the money but after seeing the positive reviews, and the fact it's a small family Sheffield based firm I opted for this Proware pan. To say I was impressed when I unpacked it is an understatement, it's very well made, very sturdy and looks amazing. Whilst at nearly £70 it's not the cheapest roasting pan out there, this is clearly not a throw away piece of rubbish, and even though I've only used it a few times, I'm confident it'll last a lifetime if used and cared for correctly. I'm also confident that this is as good as roasting pans costing a lot more, I'm glad I went for this budget option, it's more than good enough for anyone, and outstanding value condsidering the quality.

Beautifully Made Product.
Beautifully made product & cleans really easily, even baked on cooked remnants. I leave mine to soak with fairy liquid in while we eat, rinse it & put it in the dishwasher although it’s so smooth it could easily be hand washed. It’s large enough for most things - great for roasting vegetables etc. Quite expensive but will last a lifetime. The only criticisms you DO need overs gloves - the handles get awfully hot! I use silicone mitts. Well worth the money.

Never going back to cheap non stick cookware
Good quality tri-ply stainless steel. I'm never going back to cheap non stick cookware. This is reassuringly heavy, solid and durable. I've used it on gas stove top and in gas oven with no problems so far. Cleaning uncoated cookware isn't the big job that some make it out to be either.

Handles of death
Very high quality product with what I consider a bit of a design flaw - The thick, well made, very solid steel handles retain heat incredibly well. Which means you can take it out of the oven, leave it on the counter for 2 minutes and still sear your hand if you're careless.

Expensive but worth it.
This was not cheap, but is still cheaper than similar trays which were well over a hundred pounds. Is heavy and looks quality. Only used it a few times to date, but is really solid, food cooks well and is easy to clean. Handles do get hot so be careful.
