Since starting GABA Trex, I've noticed improvement in my ability to relax at night. Notable difference in sleep quality!!!

I keep buying this GABA tables for my 10 year old son. It helps with calming his mind before bed and falling asleep faster.

I like that this is fairly mild but it does help if you need a bit of relaxing.

I normally take Theanine at night, and use Physiolocs capsules, to help me relax and fall asleep. I read about this product and decided to try it for those times I want a faster acting form of Theanine.I go through periods of time when I struggle with profound anxiety--when it gets bad enough I cannot eat. I have been in one of these periods lately, and this product has been a profound help. If I am having a really bad bout of anxiety these don't get rid of all the physical symptoms, but letting one or two tablets dissolve in my mouth (maybe with a little chewing!) lowers my anxiety enough that it feels managable. This is the first time my anxiety has been bad enough to effect my stomach when I have been able to relax enough to eat something. What a relief! For now I carry these with me.Because of cost I will continue to use the less expensive Physiologics capsules at night and save these for when I need the faster acting product.

It’s rare for me, my wife, and our kid to agree on anything, but we all really like this chewable. Good mild grape taste, soft texture, dissolves quickly even when you don’t chew it, and no bad aftertaste like other natural products. We tried gummy products but most are just too sugary and sweet with that sticky consistency. This chewable is so much cleaner. And it works too. We take them as needed during work for stressful moments and to help wind down, usually a few a day. But just 1 chewable helps our 9 year old fall asleep! They are just so easy to use, super discrete, super small, looks like a mint! Great experience, highly recommend.

Twice I’ve ordered GABA Trex and both times I’ve received something called Kavinace OS which I have no use for. GABA Trex is great to calm the nerves without feeling sleepy, if you can actually get it. If I had any GABA Trex I’d take some right now…

Ok, just chew it if it doesn't melt quick enough for you - the trick is assuring that it is absorbed primarily from your mouth, not your stomach. It seems to me that GABA and melatonin seem to be more effective sublingually (absorbed from mouth) vs. pills that break down in your stomach/intestines. This is by no means definitive or a rule, but it's been my experience to some extent.I primarily give this to my daughter before long car drives, as her tendency to carsickness is mostly anxiety related - reduce the anxiety & you reduce her feeling pukey. There is a relationship between Gaba and antihistamines and nausea, as most of the meds for nausea are in the antihistamine family (for example, bendadryl is often used for kids for nausea....), and often benadryl is also used in psychiatry to augment anxiety meds. GABA impacts more than just mood/anxiety. Anyways, for my girl these do indeed bring down her anxiety, as well as feeling nauseous.

Honestly I personally have never had anything be able to truly help completely with my anxiety. This product is.... and I'm not a bot.... so yea.... but yo... I've never had anything like this before. I've been taking this product for maybe 2 years now and it is the best cure to anxiety that I personally have ever come into contact with. The Flavor is on point and more importantly the effects are fantastic. It seriously takes away the excruciating feeling of panic and straight up loss of control in my mind. To anyone who has never tried this and is looking for something to help with anxiety... I urge you to buy a bottle and take 1 to 2 of these a day. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.
