Good produc for home
came undamaged wrap up in good condition did a ab workout definitely could tell I did sum exercise lol early days to see results worth the money easy to do easy to put together to do different workouts as well

Portable gym for pilates newbies
Absolutely fantastic. Being a single mum i don't have time to go to the gym and i don't have anyone to have the kids on a regular basis. This board is so versatile and there are so many videos of how to use them on fb. Im a newbie to pilates but it is so easy to use and definitely gets those muscles working faster than normal sit ups etc.
