Practically Encouraging!!!
5 stars is a bold rating, but "Just Ask..." is a bold book. Once I settled into how simply practical this book was, (around Chapter 3) I didn't stop reading until this review. While a couple of the chapters were incredibly brief in length, the content was no less powerful. When I say practically encouraging, I do mean literally encouraging to want to begin some of the principles and actions right now...at 12:50 in the morning.I am grateful that I took the chance to read this book, and "gratefully receive" the really easy to understand ideas and methods provided in this offering to the law of attraction space. Now, me and my best friend are going to get started on the conversations I just learned in "Just Ask the Universe!Thank You Mr. Samuels!!!! "With Gratitude"

Best Little Book for Manifesting Your Desires
I have read a lot of books on manifesting my desires and I loved this little book because:1) it is a simple and easy read2) it is a realistic approach to self empowermentBut mostly what I loved about this book was the simple tasks you were asked to do that clear the way for receiving the things you desire in your life. The best task I did was the Gratefully Received List that in writing down all the things I had aready received in my life shows you that the Universe is always working for you and you have been receiving all along. I feel this book can appeal to many as it is not loaded up with a lot of heavy reading and will work for everyone. I read my copy and then bought 2 more to send to my neice and nephew who have just graduated from College. Believe me I would have loved to have had this information at 22.

Seeds for Growth for a Beginner
Thank you Mr. Samuels! I learned from this book. It was easy to read and offered a lot of seeds for growth and further development. This was a starting point for me and I think the right book came my way. While on the surface it might seem like a very quick read due to the number of pages, it took me some time to go through it because I wanted to apply what I was learning. Each chapter offered insights and "homework" that guide the reader through the steps to apply for themselves what the author is presenting. The chapters are arranged in a logically progressive order. The hardest challenge of the book for me was beginning the "want list" - which is neither a one-time assignment nor one that should be done over Margaritas. Developing a list was much harder than I anticipated because of the need to be specific instead of generic. The book explains this and the author does not mislead anyone into thinking it is a simple and fast process. The author points out that it is much harder than it sounds because most people don't give a lot of thought to the specifics of what they want. He was so right. If it does not already exist, I think a book could be written solely on "want list" development. Or to put what I've learned from this book into practice I will say, "I want to read a 100-page book on how to write effective 'want lists'."Two other areas of further reflection are the concepts of maintaining gratitude for what one does have and/or receives. That's a radically different viewpoint from the "victim mentality" that one finds quite often now. The book explains in more detail how the lack of gratitude affects what comes into - and stays out of - our lives. The second area that I appreciated was the need to bring value into the lives of others as part of the overall "asking" process. In other words, one has to give in order to get.The book's take away message(s) for me can be summed up as follows: 1. The universe wants to provide what we ask for as long as we are sincere and believe that we will receive the things for which we ask. 2. We should ask for things that are in the best interest of others as well as ourselves. 3. We ask for things that make the world a better place. 4. We ask for things with thanksgiving and gratitude. 5. We must continually give thanks for what we have already received - instead of remaining disappointed and ungrateful for what we have not received. 6. We must accept that the universe controls the timing of granting our requests.Great book! I will look for more from this author.

The only book you need ... really!
I have just finished this book, 'Just Ask The Universe ...' and I felt compelled, as many would, to let you all know that I enjoyed it immensely. After looking back over my life I have to admit that I have received everything I ever asked for. Both the good and the bad. I cannot stress enough the importance of being careful what one asks for. A lesson in the correct way to ask is a valuable asset, and one that I have to say you accomplished. I would have liked more on this. I cannot, however, fault it at all. It inspires me once again to tackle my present list. Having been an avid reader of self help books, and indeed have read most of the books in the bibliography, I am always still open to a new way of looking at changing one's life by changing one's thinking. I do believe that every author can say the same thing in their own personal way and there are readers for which that book rezonates for them. Some do at different times of our lives and, as they say, when the student it ready ..., then even if the message is the same, the energy and resonance of the author's words add new vitality to that message. For me, this book has that vitality. It's the only book you need to make you re-think your thinking. At the price it is, it's a no brainer. Get the book and read it again and again. Pay attention to how you ask the universe. That's where most of us fall apart. The universal law works in a literal way. it takes what you ask for literally. So, as they say, you get what you ask for. If you are vague then what you ask for will still come about but not in the way you thought you intended. Be specific in everything you ask for. The book tells you that.

Best book for LOA 'short book as it may be'
Ok before you buy this book be AWARE that it is a VERY short book. I only paid 99p for it on Kindle. If you are paying full price for the full book you need to know its only short, that way you know upfront.THAT SAID.This book is brilliant.I read it around a year ago and loved how clear and easy it was to read.Having read many books on the Law Of Attraction this is possibly my favourite. It is short but very to the point of what you need to do.I chose to buy it again a few days ago and I Love how easy it is.True story here. When I followed this book around a year ago I was bought a lovely gift of a break away to the seaside.I was very grateful even if my room was only going to be a small single room at the back of the hotel. On my I want list I put that I wanted to get my room upgraded to a really nice sea view room. Each night for around a week when I went to bed I asked my unconscious mind for this 'along with other things'.About 10 days later my sister called to say the hotel had double charged her by mistake. She was annoyed but called them and was respectful and nice about it.The hotel said they were so sorry and because my sister had been so nice about it they they would upgrade my room! When I got to the hotel a couple of months later they guy checking me in said, I see we have upgraded you to our best room in the hotel!!The room was HUGE and not only that it was a corner with wonderful sea views!!!!Coincidence? NO! This stuff works.Anyway please buy this book if you are interested in attracting amazing things to your life. I now intend to re do my list as I am in a better place now. I know without a doubt ALL my dreams will come true. The only thing you may need a bit of extra help working on, is any limiting beliefs you may have about money. If money is something you want to attract, you need to clear out your mental garden of limiting beliefs. This is something I am working on a bit as it is.I wanted to write this review as a way of saying a big thank you to the author. His book is great and gratitude is something I want to work on.

Not no-nonsense
The title is misleading. This book doesn't present anything else than the dreamy wishful bla bla as most other books on this subject. A waste of my time.
