Excellent for massage
Easy to use for massage application such a lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, etc. I prefer this set more to the traditional fire cupping or chi cups because you do not have to use fire nor a suction pump gun. I purchased two sets. They take a bit to work with if you are not experienced with working with these sorts of tools. I suggest you practice on yourself first to learn how to use them. Make sure you squeeze in the middle of the cups for best suction results. Most importantly make sure you use a little bit of oil with these cups so that they can adhere better or get proper glide when using them for massage. These cups are flexible when used more. The larger cup of the four is less flexible so you will need to work with it for awhile so it can become pliable. You can heat these up for a warm treatment on your clients also making them a bit more pliable.

Useless to me
I would like to return these. The rubber is so rigid that you cannot squeeze the cups. They are useless to me.

these are the easiest cups to use, ever. As a massage therapist I have been using the cupping technique for a few years now, a friend had told me about silicone cups she uses and I was sold. No pump to use seemed so much more user friendly and not as disruptive.When I set out to get some silicone cups I ran across these and thought they looked like one could hold them better, especially when your hands are saturated with oil. I ordered one set first to try and I was not disappointed. They are fantastic and easy to use, glide very well and cleaning them is a snap. I just ordered 2 more sets.I read reviews complaining about it being difficult to to attach but it is really not, just a bit different then other cups. Once you get used to pushing down instead of squeezing the sides like you do withe the silicone cups, your hooked. Also great for at home care such as lower back issues and so on.
