Great knife
We have a lot of sabatier knives which have never let us down and this one seems to be no different. Very well made and I love the self sharpening sheaf it comes with which also protects the blade while it’s in the drawer.

This is brilliant, really sharp, the stay sharp plastic cover is genius. Be careful when opening the plastic packaging, I struggled to get the knife out and cut my thumb after barely touching it. Definitely recommend.

Rusty knife.
Seeing that the product is Sabatier........l would expect good quality.The blade is very thin and rust spots are beginning to show.Very dissatisfied with the product.
