I am fairly slim so item has to overlap to fit me which compromises comfort.

Get the right size, this is just one size to fit all.
Unfortunately my neck is long and thin and this collar is one size for all but thought it would be ok and it wasn’t. I used it but didn’t really support my neck as it wasn’t wide enough and was not enough Velcro o get it tight enough.

Stützt den Nacken im Schlaf
Hallo Kunden.Ich schlafe nur noch mit der Nackenbandage seit ich sie habe.Aber man muß sich echt daran gewöhnen.Die ersten Nächte waren krass.Habe mich schnell daran gewöhnt,aber hat mir sehr geholfen.Natürlich mit einem Nackenkissen zusammen.Habe schon eine zweite auf Reserve liegen.Ich kann sie nur empfehlen.
