Kakaos cotton yoga bolsters provide support for many yoga postures. You will find that they are firm to provide full support, yet soft enough to be quite comfortable. The bolsters are stuffed with 100% cotton. The Kakaos Supportive Round Yoga Bolsters are up to 7 pounds, 26" x 11" size and are packed medium hard. Each bolsters has a sturdy handle on one side. Outer bolster cover is made from 100% cotton material with a full length zipper for easy removal, covers can be machine washed and tumble dried. Inner bolster pillow is also made from 100% cotton.

Very well-made but lumpy bumpy looking and huge way too huge.
At first I ordered the sage one because I thought it would be you know sage-colored. But when it arrived it was clearly a light green. So I returned it and I got this and thinking how could you go wrong with sand? So I got the sand and I used it one time and the role is huge and I am 5 foot 4 in tall anyway it's very very heavy it does have a loop on one side but really it just look Lumpy and awkward and not like a professional piece of equipment. I'm not a professional but it sure looks like something I could have just stuffed myself. I'm in the process of returning it. It's a huge monster of a thing and there's no taking it to a yoga class if that's what you're thinking to do with it. Maybe for a 6ft tall guy is doing yoga at home or even meditating with this it would be fine but I'm small and it's huge and cumbersome. There is one good thing though okay too. The quality of the cover is very very good and it's kind on the skin. The other thing is is it is exactly as described it's large it's heavy but it becomes very bumpy looking. I probably need to get in touch with my inner Center South or something and accept the pillow as it is just as I accept myself and other people but I did not purchase myself and other people therefore I returned it.
