Q: What is the minimun I beam height ? I have an H beam about 3 inches between top and bottom flange.

Hello, Thank you for your interest in our ¼ Ton Trolley. However, we do not recommend our trolleys be used on an H-Beam/wide flange style track. They require an “S-Type” I-Beam track. Our trolleys have tapered wheels therefore trolleys with flat faced wheels would work better with your H-Beam. If you'd like more clarification please contact us at sales@pacline.com

Q: What temperatures can this trolley withstand?

Hello Natalie, Thanks for the question. The highest temperature this trolley can withstand is 300F. However, if the trolley will be in an environment hotter than 120F we recommend removing the seals, cleaning out any regular grease, and adding high-temperature grease. This will avoid any regular grease from liquifying and dripping out at higher temperatures.

Q: is the a lock to stop the trolley from moving?

No, there is not a lock on the trolley to stop it from moving.

Q: I have a 3 inch tall I beam will this work

Yes, it will work on a 3 inch I-beam. An I beam has tapered flanges, and you can see our wheels have a taper on them to match the flange that they are riding on.
