Definitely help with breathing. I would 5 stars if all strips have the creased place that helps them bend in the center instead of off-center on half of the ones used so far.

I can't even say enough good things about this product, but if you are a chronic "mouth breather" like me, you will not even believe what a HUGE, HUGE difference these strips will make in your daily life. I constantly breathed through my mouth, even during the day. I was just so "used" to it, that I didn't even realize how much better my life could be. All because of these wonderful little strips.The reason I was a chronic mouth breather, is because my nose was always stuffed up. I was always sneezing too, and it was, in all likelihood, due to allergies. What I didn't realize is just how negatively all that chronic mouth breathing, was affecting even my very health! I had been feeling all foggy in my head, and used my home oximeter to check my oxygen levels. The levels were consistently a dangerously low 92-93; very, very worrisome for me.Then I remembered that I had a box of these nasal strips and, out of sheer desperation, put one on. Instantly, I could actually breathe. And, I could close my mouth, for the 1st time in forever. Then, I checked my oxygen levels again, and now they are consistently at a good level (98-99). What a turnaround. I am 100% sold on these now. I don't ever want to be without them. They are a total game changer!These strips DO have excellent staying power. I just make sure to wash my nose thoroughly with just regular bar soap. I don't recommend using any type of moisturizing face wash prior to application. Then, I apply the strip, centered over the bridge of my nose. You should not ever touch the adhesive part of the actual strip itself, while applying it. Just grasp each end of the strip, while in place, and peel each side of the paper backing off simultaneously.When the strips are applied properly to a clean nose, they last half a day (12 hours) for me. Then, I put a new one on. Because the strips are clear, I wear mine all day long. I would rather have good oxygen levels going to my brain, then worry about what people might think. The medium size is just right for my nose size. My nose is not large, just average size, or maybe a bit smaller. This is a truly a wonderful product.

Glue is WAY TOO STRONG. Removed somw of my nose skin when I removed it in the morning. I've tried wearing it on my hand for an hour before applying to make the glue less "sticky," but that does nothing. Scalloped edges also fold over or rip off very easily making it hard to apply evenly.

Not as good as Breath Right. About as much worse as the price is cheaper :) Sticky side is gooier, glue is weirder and not as clean to put on n off. Pealing apart the sleeves to get to the strip is the one terrible design.. I have never managed to make it work and I’ve used at least 20 of these.. you end up wrestling by tearing them to shreds and then the strip itself can tear which is also odd.It doesn’t stick quite as well, but close. I’ve had no trouble with them coming off, but you can tell breathe right has a little sturdier adhesion.

Exceeded expectations! I have been using Breathe Right strips for years. Clear Passage strips are just as effective, if not better. I use small size, sensitive. They stay on well, easy to remove. Seem to open the nasal passages a little better than Breathe Right. Both are great products, but at the moment, I'm liking Clear Passage a bit more.

These strips gently open nasal passages, making it easier to breathe while lying down. They are easy to remove using warm water on the face and leave no visual red marks on your nose. I have been using these strips for years and a much better than the other leading brands.
