I highly recommend this malt flour. Not only does it help activating the sourdough starter but produces a nice rise and crisp crust

Thought it would boost the sourdough bread rise. Split batch -- one half with, one half without. Did not boost rise. Nonetheless, very nice for a bit of added depth of flavor.King Arthur products are excellent! Use many quite happily for decades!

Bought this as part of my recipe for sourdough. Delivered timely and did the trick. Will be purchasing again!

Put a teaspoon of the malt in my sourdough loaf and the loaf had better crumb and a lovely brown color. Glad I gave it a try.

Just tried this product for the first time yesterday. I hope it helps keep my home made bread fresher longer. Guess I will find out soon enough. It doesn't take much to add to the dough mixture. Sure hope this works after reading the reviews on it.

This has made a big difference in the color and the crust crackle of our breads. I didn't think we could improve, but, you need this product for great bread!
