Works well.The nut holding the burr on does seem to work its way a little looser over time but nothing that an occasional partial turn doesn't fix.It does take a minute or so of turning the crank handle to get the full hopper ground completely. The same way the made it back in the Stone age.I use one full hopper ground up to make a 32ounce French press full of good reasonably strong rich coffee.Fresh ground coffee is one of those pleasures the few people actually understand.

I use it to grind coffee to refill nespresso capsules, it can grind your coffee dust thin, it is not for professional use as it is not fast, but for a household use it goes great, comes with a grinder replacement, i have used it a lot, and still running as new, i mainly regrind ground coffee and it gives it a better taste, love it. make sure you have a coffee while you grind, the smell is so tempting.

I was hesitant to get a manual grinder from the comments from other grinders but since this one had such great reviews I took a chance. I'm glad I did. I use a French press at work and needed something that would give a more course grind. This one is perfect!!!! It's easy to use, able to adjust the grind to make the perfect cup of coffee. I'm ordering another one for home use.

As described. I have used this a hand full of times already and works great. Solid construction and came with an extra ceramic grinder.

Takes a much longer time to grind espresso that I can tolerate. Otherwise, it seems to be a well designed & build tool.
