These tast so good, I replace the for breakfast. But you can replace them for any meal,tast like a vanilla shake. Great for diabetics.

This refreshing drink is a perfect in-between-meals, guilt-free option that is both filling and flavorful. It has a silky yet solid "feel" and does not leave an unpleasant aftertaste. I am partial to the strawberry flavor, but I've also tried chocolate and believe that chocolate-lovers would be quite pleased with it. Of course, no matter which flavor one chooses, I think the shake tastes best well-chilled - - unless cold drinks are not preferred or are medically unsuitable. In my judgment, the drink's nutritional profile is excellent but if one has a particular health condition requiring dietary guidance, consulting one's dietician or medical provider might be in order. Chocolate shake tastes very good. One 10oz bottle is very filling and satisfying. The colder it is, the more I enjoy it. I also know that I am getting proper nutrition from it making it a 100% guilt free meal!
