Ok product, missing the rain cover.
The material was just about alright (not great as stated in the reviews), and the stitches looked as if they will give way when there's a bit heavy load. I was intending to keep it even then, however in the package I received the rain cover was missing. I had to return it and opt for my older baggage. Also, the metal support. I am not sure where it was affixed. The back-support was something stiff, however it didn't seem like aluminium or metal sheet.

I HAVE ASKED FOR BLUE BUT IT IS AVAILED IN BROWN COLOUR. SO, I HAVE BAD EXPERIENCE IN THIS COLOUR POINT OF VIEW. SO, I DEMANDED FOR ASKED COLOUR AT THE TIME OF BOOKINGS.
