I bought this foraging station for my budgies. It’s a quality bird toy with plenty of different things for the birds to choose from, which include shredded paper strips, bamboo leaf toys, a loofer piece, wooden beads and wooden pieces for them to chew on and a vine star. The toy is approximately 7 inches by 7 Inches and the back base of the toy appears to be well made from sea grass. I placed the back of the toy against the cage wall to prevent little budgie feet getting stuck in the gaps, this wouldn’t be an issue with a bigger bird. You attach the toy to the cage using big plastic rings which you tease apart to clip onto the cage, which are a bit clumsy but do the job required. It took my birds a day to get used to this toy and now they love it, often squabbling to see who gets on it first. I like it because you can replace the shredded paper once they have pulled it all out and I’m sure you can buy replacement vine stars and the wooden pieces and beads on Amazon or other reputable shops online. All in all I love it as do my birds, I’ve had a lot of fun watching them play with this toy.
