The large urn and the smaller urn arrived on time and packaged well. The urns appear to be very sturdy and well made. Excellent quality for the reasonable price. The artwork on the outside of the urns are lovely, appearing very similar to what we observed when snorkeling in crystal clear Caribbean ocean water with sunlight patterns dancing on the white sand below. My wife and I enjoyed this ocean view many times and now her cremains rest in a lovely urn that on the surface looks like our favorite place to be. I later purchased two additional urns for other relatives.

The urn and urn box are a nice quality, with good craftsmanship(which is the only reason for any stars. If not for the following reasons, I would have given a 4-5 rating). Upon opening the Amazon packaging, there was an awful smell, and I do mean awful. The cardboard shipping box smelled of a very pungent mildew/other smell that permeated the air. I hoped it was just the box, but after opening and inspecting the product I found that the actual urn box and urn also had the horrible smell. It was so strong it gave me a headache and I had to place all packaging and contents outside. My hands now have the same smell. I have washed them three times and cannot fully remove the smell.

When I received the product the packaging was fine but there were scratches on the label that was placed on the urn. I was very dissatisfied with the quality. For a keepsake item for a loved one you think that the quality would be better.

I was not expecting it to be as pretty as the picture, but it really is. It's a beautiful little keepsake urn that my granddaughter chose to keep some of her father's remains. I was very surprised that it was just as nice as it was presented.

Nice, solid brass, exterior enamel is beautiful and as represented. As they are lost sand cast and hand decorated, by definition, each is relatively unique. Tiny flaws are to be expected. Not sure why the interior has black paint... perhaps to reduce “brassiness”. Lid seals tight.

Beautiful! Exactly what I had in mind for a smaller version of the urn. Very durable and fast shipping!
