Black Shadow Foam Original - Tool Organiser - Dual Colour Black & Grey Foam | Foam Drawer Insert (1200mm x 550mm x 50mm)

I was disappointed when I received this product as I ordered 3 sheets of 1200x550x50mm foam (costing nearly £100), which after cutting to size for my draws, I noticed one side was higher than the other. I removed & measured the foam to find it was 62mm on the right & 52mm on the left. A 1cm difference across the width of a single sheet is unacceptable. I'm not sure if this was a one-off manufacturing error on this run, or just general quality control issues. However, having posted a question on this product page, a Shadow Foam representative replied immediately and asked me to get in contact with them to resolve the issue. Shadow Foam apologised for the lack of quality in this instance and replaced the product immediately by next day DPD delivery. I'm therefore going to upgrade my rating from 2 stars to 4 on the customer service alone. Once I've received the replacement product, cut them to size and made the tool cut outs, I'll revisit this review again.

Great product - exactly expected. Provided a perfect protective foam for a set of valuable camera lenses. Well packaged and high quality.
