The charm appears to be nice and solid. My personalized picture was too small to see though. I think if they had a warning that the pic may not look clear enough, would be nice. It was a clear pic but I only recommend a pic with one or maybe two individuals so you can actually see them. That is why I gave it a 4 out of 5.Other then that it was a very nice piece!

I bought 2 for family members. So pretty. Photos are clear a little white spot above the photo but that's ok. Will fit will on pandora

I am disappointed with how small this bead picture is. I've ordered beads with pictures from other brands and have loved the way they turned out. This one is so small you can barely make out what the picture is. I own many beads from all different brands and this one is definitely on the small side of general bead size. I would not order again.

It REALLY looks very pretty but the main thing I got it was because of the hability to add a picture to it. The picture looked EXTREMELY blurry! Not clear at all! But because I loved the charm per se I will try again with another picture of just 1 person to see if they can do a better job.
