It works as shown. I use it for my arms improvising. I feel and see definition arms and legs. heart rare music is a must for me. I had problem with curve part but I moved it until I found with a grip.

I purchased this thigh trainer hoping for an effective workout aid, but I've been utterly disappointed. The plastic parts feel cheap and flimsy, and within just two weeks of moderate use, the anti-slip pads started peeling off. What’s worse, the springs are uncomfortably stiff and dig into my thighs, causing bruising. It doesn't "tone" anything—it just hurts. Do not waste your money.

This is an easy fun work out tool to use while watching tv.

Nice concept but not practical, it’s not comfortable to use. It’s really sturdy, but hurts too much to do more than a few reps. I wish the hard plastic was covered in foam & adjustable, that would probably help. Will be returning
