As a big ham lover, it took me some time to finally find a good carving knife for Spanish Serrano hams we often buy for our family. Tried several in the past but were never too happy. This one from Jamonprive is a real surprise, excellent quality, very flexible for slicing dry- cured ham, very handy knife sharpening tool, plus a bonus ham cover, all for a very reasonable price. Could not be happier with this choice.

Been searching for a knife like this since I returned from Barcelona Spain. This is an excellent knife for Carving Iberico Ham - way way better than trying to use your average carving knife. This knife is specifically made for this cut of meat and it does the job perfectly and is of exceptional quality for the value. I am extremely pleased with my purchase - so much I bought an additional one as a gift

After using it and then washing it through a dish washer, I found rust on the knife....I thought it stainless steel though..If you dry it well, you can use it without rust for a long time.

The knife is very sharp and flexible. I can see it will have other uses besides prosciutto.
