This is my first time trying this product and I enjoyed experimenting with it. I noticed more energy and focus but it was real messy. I like the glass jar it came in but I get like I had to be careful with it even though it’s solid. I don’t give it 5 stars because of how messy it is to use. It’s a very stick substance. It does come with two small wooden scoop sticks to measure. It was worth the money and nice trying it out.
