durable, works great and adds length to my headset cable
There are both cheaper and more expensive brands, so this was my compromise, priced right. Have been using it 5 years with no problems.

This FARO adapter works with Bose headsets.
I work as a helicopter flight instructor. I've had several students with GA Bose A-20 headsets that the adapter they got from Sporty's or the local pilot shop did not work with the Bose plugs (sound but no voice). This FARO adapter works with Bose A20 GA headsets. This is the one I recommend to my students.Yes the plastic cover on the plugs is a little bulky, but the adapater works great. I use a small velcro strap and a binder clip to keep the cords wrapped up neatly and out of the way (clip onto the headset hanger).

Works with Bose A20
This works as described with the Bose A20 noise cancelling bluetooth headset with no issues. The plugs are a little bulky, but I was able to just stuff them inside the center pouch.

Unfortunately this simple cable did not work. The transmit half is faulty. I can hear, but I cannot speak. I tried it on 2 wing cords (that worked) and a cockpit plug (that worked). I was using a nearly new Bose A-20 headset (that also works) and was really disappointed. I rarely need this type of adaptor and owned it for 4 months before using it.... and it failed me. Too bad!

Works like it says with no static or impedance issues
Works like it says with no static or impedance issues, the only reason it lost 1 star is because the plugs that you plug your GA headset into are 2x bigger than they need to be which required some zip ties to keep it all inline. It adds to the bulk and if you have to plug your headset in from a hanging port(r22); I have had the plug pop out due to the weight added on the cable, I'm pretty sure I just accidentally unplugged it when I leaned forward in the seat but I thought I should warn everyone that it adds a good amount of weight to the already precariously hanging cord. The actual helicopter adapter does a great job of not falling out and I'm pretty sure it was more of an issue of cockpit management and not the cords fault. Still very stressful when you have to set down on the tarmac because you just lost comms! It also has a mono/stereo switch on the middle piece which is invaluable when switching between older aircraft and newer ones. Overall a great product and I'd recommend it to anyone that has an old GA headset lying around that you wanna use in a helicopter.

Great quality and does what its supposed to do.
Does its job, works with my Lightspeed Thirty 3G headset in the Robinson R22 ship. Doesn't affect sound quality and my ANR still works. The female plug ends are aluminum which was a pleasant surprise. Great quality for the money!
