The real deal and near perfection
“Real” balsamic is nothing like most balsamic vinegar in the US. This is the real deal and almost as good as the balsamic I bring home from Italy. The vinegar here has a tad added for flavor. IT IS NOT THE SAME. It’s a thick, aged, slightly sweet and well balanced syrup. I even bought another before it gets tariffed. Add it to salad dressing or marinades. Drizzle on top of your heart’s desire. I love a baby greens/goat cheese/ walnut salad with raspberry dressing and and a drizzle of this on top. PERFECTO!

I will definitely be re-ordering this aged balsamic vinegar again. Thick Consistency and excellent flavor everyone loves it.

Great balsamic
I bought this as a Christmas gift to go along with a bottle of olive oil. I ended up keeping it my for myself. It’s so good. The taste is just perfect in ones as well with the olive oil.

Is it supposed to be thick?
The balsamic vinegar taste good, but it’s very thick, which makes it strange. Never had anything like it.

Nice and thick...
This is a viscous balsamic for use as a dressing or dip not as a cooking ingredient like thinner vinegars... This is comparable to the expensive Trader Joe's Platinum Balsamic that is only available in December!
