This book is everything I was looking for. Simple enough to understand, very inspiring at all times, a huge amount to comfort and enlighten, and exercises to do yourself at the end of each section. Other than that the art work was beautiful too.There are a lot of spiritual books out there, that either make little sense, go on for too long, or simply don't go deep enough. This book is complexed but concise in its manner, very deep but very understandable, and gives the reader a lot to learn from without being patronising.It's very hard to describe exactly what affect it had on me, but it was profound. My job involves travelling around a lot, but I make sure I always pack this book with me wherever I go. It gives me comfort and guidance whenever I feel lost, confused, upset or like things are too overwhelming. A bit like a bible for the non-religious I suppose!I bought this book when I was going through a bit of a bad time, and the comfort and relief it gave me was immense, and much appreciated. Anyone who's going through a bit of a rough time will definitely benefit from this, and you'll feel a huge stress taken off your shoulders - it's like medicine. Anyone who's not going through a rough time will learn a great amount from it anyway.Though I'm no longer going through a bad period at all, I still don't know what I'd do without it! It keeps me grounded and sane, even at the best of times.
