Vita JYM packs important micronutrients like a, b-complex, c, e and k vitamins and iron and chromium – all in adequate doses and in highly-absorbable forms. Zinc, magnesium and calcium interfere with the uptake of other key micronutrients and amino acids in the body, so these minerals were intentionally left out of vita JYM. The result is a net gain, not a loss. Vita JYM also includes bioperine to enhance absorption of all ingredients.

I have tried a lot of different multivitamins, but this is easily the best one I have had. I notice a difference in my overall health. Jim gives the science of all his products (via YouTube) so you know what your getting and get a more in-depth explanation of why is formula is what it is. He stands behind his stuff so I have no problem buying his stuff. I will definitely continue to be returning customer

Nothing special
Gives me heartburn every time I take it. I think it's the Black Pepper they use. I prefer Universal Nutrition Animal Paks!!

A+ Great multi vitamin for athletic people.
No side effects. Feel better especially if you are very active. I take these and a fish oil. Does wonders for me.
