Was looking for a combination hunting, shooting vest. This one will work just fine. Not much padding in the shoulder area, but for me, that's OK. These do run a bit on the large size. Also seem to be well made.

a little oversize, but not really an issue. Comfortably fit a box in each pocket... was shooting clay so didn't test the game bag portion. the materials were thinner canvas which is perfect. wish the shoulder pads were a bit longer (top to bottom) and slightly thicker but they are generally great

Bought it for the dove season, and does the job very well, roomy pockets, you can store the whole shells box with no problem, and you can move with no restrictions, maybe if you're wearing this vest at 100 F you gonna sweat, but man, at 100 F you sweat even with no shirt. I like that can carry the shotgun shells (ten) on the belts outside the pockets, if you're using an O/U that's a lot of accequible ammo. The only cons I could see is the lack of a recoil pad pocket.

I was looking for a lightweight vest for warmer hunts, this fit well. It is way to hard to access the game pouch. It ripped when trying to put a bird in it. You have to take the vest off completely to achieve desired use.
