You have to use their SafetySIM at £45 a year!!
I thought you could use any SIM with this but in fact you have to use their SafetySIM at £45 a year, which doesn’t include the 3 network, the only one that has a strong signal in my area and would cost me less than £5 a year. I’m returning for a refund.

A life saver
Once you have understood how to program it, it is a lifesaver for a dependant person - as long as you have mobile network signal. I bought it for my elderly father as I was annoyed at the amount of times his BT line was off for repairs/maintenance.
