overall, a brilliant product .. but very less space, when it comes to writing with pen on paper.

I absolutely love this journal! I just ran out of pages and it helped me lose over 30 lbs!The only thing that I really had to change (but its still my favorite part) is the amount of water since I dont use the 8x8 rule. But I loved coloring in the little water glasses. That was such an amazing idea!This book makes writing down your macros and such so easy. It's so organized and I love it.

Great Journal
Great journal. Lots of space to log to what you ate plus calories, protein, carbs and more with totals for each day. Tracks your water, vitamins and fitness. It has a place for notes and weight. There are charts, graphs and food logs in the back.

I have used the Diet Minder Journals in the past and love those, these are equally as nice, I like this one a bit better because of the layout.
