Actual purchaser and inexperienced installer. Bought this for home - had a rain head shower but wanted a hand shower as well. Looked for a while before purchasing. Did a decent amount of homework.Read the instructions - suggest you do the same - they are short and sweet.Install took 10 minutes - no leaks after following instructions.Review - one limit on shower heads is physics - you only get out what you put in - the bigger the pipe out the lower the pressure.Single setting - shower head - nice but not as good a rain spread as my prior shower head - the U shaped head allows for a nice human head covering shower. The head does not project as far away from the wall as I would like but this is personal preference. The hand shower - when in place on the unit makes up for this somewhat.Single setting - hand shower - strong flow with multiple settings - I like this. Massage, shower and in between. Hose is well made and long enough for many uses. It does hang straight down and is in front of the existing shower knob/control - may or may not bother me with time.Dual setting - rain head and hand shower in place in fitting - combined setting loses something due to spreading the available pressure to both heads - I do like an overall rain setting as pressure is not the primary focus - but massage/rain and the like suffer from too little pressure. I expect we will use the heads individually unless in the dual rain mode.The shower parts are plastic but for the hose - they look very nice but understand they are plastic. But for the money I am fine with this.

Nice design. Arrived missing the cap on the right side of the head. No biggie. After an easy install two weeks ago, it's now leaking at the head were the connection point is on the right. Actually where the cap is missing. Other than that the wife loves it. Wish the quality was better, but for the price......ehhh.

Another great ideal. However, hose with sprayer doesnt hold in position. Keeps falling off pivot or holder once u turn off the shower. if they fix that issue, this is a great unit to own.

Shower head was great when installed, but then hand held unit would not stay up after two months use. Fell and hit my head once, my back another time. Also, unit that is held to wall with suction cup fell apart, so now do not have a way to hold hand held unit since afraid to set inside fixed shower head. Had to set hand held unit on separate shelf in shower. There are a couple of design flaws, mostly related to plastic components but very happy when hand held unit hit my head it was plastic! Now replacing after 2 years.

Product is great! Yes it's plastic, but I already knew that. Installation was a bit confusing even when following the directions. I thought I had an extra piece and couldn't find it on the part legend. During shipping a whiteish/clear plastic washer popped out of the part that installs to the water supply, so at first I had water spraying everywhere. But once I realized what to do I popped it in and the shower head is secure and leak free. The diverter doesn't control the hand shower head's functions. You rotate the hand shower head in order to change between settings.

When it works out works well, but bad quality control, 2 out of 5 leaked.

works very nice and easy to install. one thing to know is that you cannot adjust the direction. wherever it sprays is where it stays.

Was excited to receive this showerhead. Upon opening the packaging, it was clear this unit had been previously installed and returned. There was used tef tape on the pipe fittings, visible water spots, and the part that screws onto the water pipe was very scratched up with wrench marks. All obvious signs this unit had been used. But, yet this was sold to me as new. So disappointing.Not sure how product performs as we were unable to use it.
