Excellent old fashioned powdered hand soap. Works wonders
Happy to find this affordable 4 pack of good ol Boraxo. The slight oder reminds me of my days in Grammer and Jr High School (1960's). The Boys Room had a dispenser with powdered soap just like this. Saw Boraxo at Walmart and grabbed 1 can to try out. When I cook, the smell of onions or smoked food stays in my hand fingers. Have tried every soap and auto mechanic cleaner on the planet. This weekend, I did a 12hr session on my smoker. A couple times, I got some black cooked on grease on my hand and fingers. Usually, it takes a few days to work as clean. Tried the Boraxo and small scrub brush. Removed all black grease and smells. I could feel after drying that my hands were much cleaner than any other product I have tried in the past. Went back to Walmart and wouldn't you know, they no longer carry at our store! I was glad to see that this 4 pack works out at the same price and I will have plenty to last me a few years.

Haven’t found anything that cleans hands this well
Does a great job of really cleaning those nasty, dirty, filthy hands and forearms. I swear by this stuff.Funny story… about a year ago I had some septic tank work done. When the crew finished they asked if ok to borrow the water hose to clean up, and they pulled out some liquid goo from a tube to help clean up. I said… “wait… you need to try this Boraxo hand soap”. I tossed them a container about 1/2 full, and they both cleaned their hands and were amazed at how much cleaner they were after using it. I told them to keep it, and they asked how to get it cause they planned on using it going forward versus what they’d been using for years. That ought to be enough said.

Best grease hand cleaner I have ever used
Im a hobbyist blacksmith and I often get oil, grease and wax on my hands when applying certain finshes. This product works better than anything else Ive ever used. A small amount gets all oily residue off my hands in seconds. This stuff is wonderful. Beats gojo, lava, orange goop, easily.

Excellent product at a good price.
This is an excellent product and I have used it for years. It will remove paint, grease, oil and ground in dirt from my hands and yet it doesn’t harm the skin. I use a small scrub brush for finger nails and stubborn spots.

Cleans well
I remember this from elementary school. Thought I would try it for my hands after gardening, or removing grease grime from my hands when cleaning my garage. It does do both well, as I remembered in the past. The only thing I don’t remember and don’t like is that puts off soap dust in the air when I shake it onto my hands and irritates my nose and causes me to cough.I don’t remember that in the old days when I was a kid.

Reminds me of gas station soap from the 1980s
If you're old enough to remember washing your hands with powdered soap at a gas station in the 1980s or before, be prepared for a trip down memory lane! This is the exact product they used because it removes the smell of gasoline from the hands. This stuff is the only soap that I have ever used that will remove not only the smell of gasoline from your hands, but hot pepper juice too! It works wonders to remove grease after working on the car or machinery, and doesn't smell horrible. This is 10x better at removing grease than those pump gel/paste hand cleaners.Do realize that it is so good at removing grease and oils from your hands that it will dry you out. If you are prone to dry hands, apply your favorite hand lotion after use.

Great for Clean Hands
I have been using this product since I was a kid many, many decades ago. It doesn't stink of perfume and its intent is to get your hands clean better than plain soap. There are tiny nuggets of abrading material for the worst dirt that helps scrape the grungiest stuff away. So, when hands are really dirty after yard work or other dirt-inducing activities, this is the product to use. The packaging is new to me, but it's not the first time that's happened over the decades. The product, however, still has the cleaning power that I appreciate.
