mmm I'm not sure of this sort of thing works or not. Unfortunately I suspect most people who will want to try it, like myself, are utilising it as part of a fitness / weight loss drive anyhow so we'd expect to see results anyway!I lost 3 stone so far and my waist size dropped from 111cm to 92cm so far. How much of that is down to this belt? Who knows.What I can say is that after an hour on the treadmill, when you remove this belt, there's definitely a lot of moisture. If science tells me that that is the belt working and causing additional sweat which adds to weight loss and a trimmer waist then fair enough. I'm ok with that, it's just seems a little difficult to prove. I am glad I bought it though and I think it's worth a punt.

Wider than your average waist trimmer so great if you're looking for more coverage. Very supportive and barely noticeable under clothing. Super strong Velcro and does my roll down when you bend or sit.

It holds on to your waist like a good strong man. 😂😂I wear this everyday at the gym and I feel naked without it during my workouts. Love it! Got one for a friend and he feels the same way.

Very useful for exercise and wearing but don't keep it on through 24hours as it will hurt your back!

Really good support on ya back while I'm out bashing the miles out on my mountain bike..Also great for getting a sweat on.. and what makes it a great product is it doesn't move around, no matter how fast you peddle or how much you sweat....Really Pleased with product..

it does the job, the bigger issue is the width of sticky pad is the same size with the belt, it scratch my skin all the time when i doing my workout, is really uncomfortable!!

Ottimo prodotto. Con una corretta attività fisica fa sudare molto... Trattiene il sudore e non emana un cattivo odore. Lo consiglio.

Yo la utilizo en la moto, encima de la ropa interior, para el frio en los riñones, y es maravillosa. No me suda el cuerpo y estoy super calentito. Además tiene el plus de sujección en la espalda y me canso menos.Yo me la pongo al reves, es decir con la parte "plastica" hacia afuera, y la parte de pelitos, hacie el cuerpo, siempre con una camiseta debajo.Tiene la parte interior como plástificada, o de un neopreno agradable al tacto, para provocar la sudoración, y la parte exterior es de pelitos suaves. Todo muy agradable al tacto. No es gruesa ni dura.Tiene buena calidad en las costuras, y en todas las terminaciones.En mi opinión está bien de precio.

No es una faja al uso, sino que esta enfocada en que al llevarla mientras se hace deporte se sude más y así reducir abdomen. En ese sentido creo que ayuda. La talla correcta.Sin embargo, me resulta algo incómoda en función del ejercicio y estéticamente pues se nota debajo de la ropa, entonces, si me gusta como opción para si somos de los que realizamos ejercicio en casa, pues fuera al final me da algo de corta llevarla.

No se hasta que punto realmente quema calorías. Pero bueno, tampoco cuesta nada llevarla puesta, además ahora en invierno da calorcito y los que tenemos problemas de espalda nos da un soporte extra, aunque no es su objetivo real. La calidad anda un poco justa, no tiene doble o triple agarre como otras, es un belcro que ya veremos cuánto aguantara, pero de entrada bastante bien.

Dieser (viel zu breite) Gurt schmiegt sich nicht gut am Körper an und kann somit weder den Rücken stabilisieren noch anderweitig einen sinnvollen Dienst erfüllen. Alleine der sparsame Mopedfahrer könnte damit glücklich werden.

I'm reviewing this after receiving it today. This is a hard product to review. Is it comfortable? Sure, until you actually need mobility. Tying my shoe laces required me to do weird things. Does this roll up? Not on initial wearing, even constricted tight.Does this product make you sweat more? Yes. Resoundingly. Not only could I soak paper towels by wiping between the band and my skin, my shirt was way more soaked in general.This product makes exercise harder. Both in terms of general this just feels harder and harder that your mobility is limited.Multiple times I questioned myself should I just throw this in the trash can? And resoundingly my answer was no. It delivers on its promises. It sucks, but no pain no gain.I'm considering purchasing a second one so I can have one for gym and one for sleeping.This is a handwash garment and I suspect that a washer really would lead to damage or early expiration in comparison to hand washing. Outside of washing it requires hang drying. This is a reason I might by a second one. So I can leave my in gym garment washed and hanging while I use the potential second for only sleeping/casual home use.

While I'm not a body-builder, I do stay in shape: changed by diet & exercise daily at home. The crunches....I think I've done something that, if I over-do, there is a sharp pain on my right side. Instead of seeing a doctor, I bought this belt! ;) Yeah, I know....blah, blah, blah.......however, this thing is really worth the money. I worked-out twice as long as usual today, and feel GREAT. I'm wearing the unit right now, in fact, and intend on hitting my gym again. Sweat? Yes. But I didn't buy this to lose weight.....if that's your intention, put-down the burger and have a long talk with yourself. Body-builders look the way they do because they've EARNED it! No pill or belt is going to un-do that pizza you wolfed down last night; losing fat takes WORK. I believe this belt will make the workout...….I'm not sure how to describe it......a welder wears a helmet & special gloves; this belt makes the workout "complete." This is the OUTFIT; I'm ready to burn the calories! The unit wraps neatly around the core, with the Velcro locking firmly into place. The Bracoo SE22 and water should be your two best friends; would highly recommend.

Wide fit...velcro is very strong...and the texture of this belt ...both front and back... is constructedWith outstanding quality materials. I have used this belt for one week now and it is the best one I have found to date. It is very well made, covers the whole stomach area and provides good back support. The ends don't seem to curl as many others do, and once you attach it, it holds very well. I would highly recommend this product. Oh, by the way, I noticed I have lost a few pounds this week. The belt does make you sweat.
