I am UK 9 in boots. these fit easily as I open the velcro and clip front onto lace, then put strap under boot and into latch. about inch of strap overhangs. It was a hot day and these meant I could wear shorts cutting grass without grass getting into boots. Love them so far and easy on /off .

The straps clip didn't seem very secure and there is no keeper for the excess strap

I bought these to use for "serious" countryside walking, to prevent my boots getting full of seed-heads and grasses, and to hopefully prevent the ingress of insects, particularly ticks (Lyme disease!). The straps are positioned in an awkward place, at least for my boot size (10) and also continually come loose; I have doubts as to how long they will last, as they ride up onto the heels and therefore rub against the road/path surface. They have no stiffness, and the tops need to be continually pulled up of else they drop down almost into the tops of my boots. The most rugged bits are the Velcro. I've just come back from a two-week walking holiday in Scotland wishing I hadn't been so tight-fisted and thinking I should have paid a few more pounds for something that would better meet my needs.

The rip stop material ripped that forms part of the body. It was sewn too close to the edge and spilt along the material, about 15mm. I repaired it with gaffer tape to the back, but it isn't great. It was past the Amazon return date. I'm mostly upset that I used the Amazon Contact The Supplier e-mail but they did not reply. That is poor customer service by the supplier. They could have put ir right

I ran a trail race and these fit perfectly so no rocks or items got into my trail shoes.
