Do it!
I've been using Puritan's pride products for a few years now and love the quality. The price point is also spot on. If you have done any research on omegas and their benefits to your body especially your heart, then you should buy this product. I try to keep it stocked at all times and take it daily.

THESE ARE SOME "BIG" PILLS!!!
If you have trouble swallowing pills, these are NOT for you!!!! You need lots of liquid to get these babies down. I chose this brand because of the additional vitamins that these capsules contain. Not many brands contain Omega 7 or Vitamin K and these do. I have not noticed any fishy smell, taste or burps, so they seem to be working for me. Other than the size, I can't complain.

Meets nutritional needs. No bad aftertaste. Easy to swallow, if you are able to swallow other fish pills.

Helpful for Dry Eyes
This supplement does seem to be helpful for my problem with dry eyes. I still need to use moisturizing eyedrops several times a day. Probably also helps my cholesterol levels. No problems with aftertaste or digestion with this supplement. I will continue to purchase and use the product.

My knee pain is gone!
I was having ain in my right knee for months. I started taking this and knee pain gone! Completely gone! I never ever believe these kinds of reviews and here I am writing one. If it didn't happen to me I would call BS but I experienced this first hand.
