Karl Aiken New Kodak Series 10 Printhead Compatible with Kodak ESP 3,5,7,9/3200/5200/7200/9200 Series, ESP Office 6100 Series, Hero 6.1, 7.1, 9.1 All-in-One Printers

Took three weeks on a slow boat from China to receive this product. Plugged it into our Kodak Office Hero 6.1 and it printed the calibration page perfectly. It printed nothing else sent through it. The unit is advertised as "New Kodak Series 10 Printhead Compatible with...", but has no markings on it to indicate it is truly a Kodak product.

Didn't work. Hadn't been thoroughly cleaned.

Not worth it, print quality for the money.

the first one I order did not work contacted the company but did not hear anything back from them. The second one worked ok but it was bad that I had to order two and pay for two to get one to work.

It didn't solve my problem; I had to buy a new printer.

Found its home in the landfill.
