These taste pretty good and have a next-to-forever shelf life. A safe buy. Took forever to boil, though.

I like being able to cook my own noodles to my own taste for softness, so these are great at home because you control "al dente" or not. They taste really good too. Directions are easy to follow. They take a while to cook but add some good brown gravy or toss them in soup and it's worth it. We enjoy them and love not having to go running to a restaurant every time we want them (especially because said restaurants are usually 40 minutes away from us). Great product with a good price IMO.

Best pasta ever!

Spaetzle or pasta made from scratch is always the best, but if one is short for time or for ease of use, then the pre-packaged items can fill the need and I can recommend this brand which I have used for several years. Easy to cook and it tastes just fine. I serve with butter, grated Parmesan cheese. When I make Rinderrouladen, I use the pan juices, a little flour mixed with some German beer and cook till thick, my beer gravy. If I don't have beer handy, I use Knorr German sauce mixes as they work very well to serve over the spaetzle. I have also served this brand with chicken and pork schnitzel, bratwurst and Weißwurst sausages, Sauerbraten and trout.

Berchte is always a good product, I meant to order their Spätzle but accidentally got these. Still good
