A lovely white balsamic with a delicious, light, sweet flavour. I use it in salads as well as with fresh berries and ice cream.

Taste light & tangy - just delightful, whethre as vinaigrette or neat.

Have bought this before and still get blown away by this balsamic. Great with fish, vegetables, salads or on its own with olive oil and bread. Not cheap, but a must try.
