This is more like the 505 hatch green chili (not salsa). My sister made chili verde just yesterday and said it was delicious. She cooked a small pork roast in her crock pot with a diced onion and 2-3 garlics, when done she got rid of the juices, cubed the pork, poured a jar of the chili into the meat, simmered for a while longer and had the best chili verde, easy to make.
